Admission Procedure

    1. Purchase the information broacher which includes admission form.
      • By sending DD or MO of Rs 300/-to institute in favour of “Ahmedabad Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology” payable at Ahmedabad.


      OR

      • Purchase directly from the local authorised representatives.


      OR

      • Download from the website.
    2. Fill duly and sign the form, attach photographs and certified copies of all required documents.
    3. Submit the form in person or send it by post/courier along with DD of Rs 35000/- in favour of “Ahmedabad Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology” payable at Ahmedabad, towards admission fee and first instalment.
    4. Candidate who wants hostel accommodation will have to tick the hostel option in the form and send the DD of Rs 10,000/- in favour of “New Gujrat Educational Foundation” payable at Ahmedabad, to reserve the seat.
    5. After receiving the form you will receive the confirmation call and confirmation letter from the institute.


    Note:

    • Admission will not be cancelled after telephonic/written confirmation
    • Hostel fee is non refundable.
    • Institute will not be responsible for postal delay.
